Who you class as inactive customers will depend on the type of business you are, however what doesn't change is that people who have tried your venue out in the past and did not continue are your hottest leads.

The default for Move providers that offer a taster session to new and inactive customers is 90 days before your account is set to re-engage them by showing your venue as available again and offering them another free taster session.

How do I increase the number of leads I re-engage?

If you would like to invest in re-engaging inactive customers sooner then you can change this to be as low as every 30 days. This means that your business will be shown as available to all Move Discovery Trial customers who are actively looking for experiences and venues that they like.

Can I decrease the number of free tasters I give and customers I re-engage?

Yes, if you're not wanting to invest in re-engaging your inactive customers and hot leads then you can change the time until you offer them another free taster session. The options are 30, 60, 90 and 180 days.

Not offering a taster session at all will mean that your venue is not available to Discovery Trials (the largest pot of people actively searching for the right workouts for them!)
